How to use these cards
Read the Scenario
Follow the 4-frame comic story and understand the situation the character faces.
Reflect & Discuss
Use the reflection questions to explore feelings, choices, and possible responses.
Role-Play It
Act out the scenario with a partner or group. Try different responses and see what changes.
Senario 1 - Nina at the Office
Nina starts her first office internship and wants to make a good impression. After a few weeks, she notices that her manager speaks to her more harshly than to other interns and often gives her tasks at the last minute. Feeling uncomfortable and confused, Nina talks to another student and later decides to meet with a youth advisor to understand what support is available.

Scenario 2 - Carla Abroad
After moving abroad for university, Carla struggles to adjust to a completely new environment. She spends most of her time alone in her room and starts feeling emotionally exhausted. Scenario 3 - Olivia Online
Olivia notices strange and aggressive messages appearing on her social media account. Scenario 4 - Mia's Boundaries
Mia’s friend keeps pressuring her to join activities she doesn’t feel comfortable with. Although Mia worries about disappointing her friend, she realises it’s important to communicate honestly. She calmly explains her boundaries and later feels proud for standing up for herself respectfully.

Scenario 5 - Layla's Stress
Layla has been under pressure from school and personal responsibilities for a long time. She begins feeling mentally drained and loses confidence in herself.
